  • I will use Zoom to hold class sessions.
    • Until further notice, these classes will be conducted during the normal class time.
    • Classes will be conducted using zoom.
    • Links to the classrooms are available on the D2L page for the class.

    • I will do my best to record each session and post a link on the appropriate notes page.
      • If this is a cause for concern, please contact me.
  • I will use my web pages as my primary form of communications
    • Look for new notes and assignments.
    • Please watch your email for announcements.

  • During office hours I will be in my virtual office.

      • I will admit you when I am free.
  • I am working from home, so please DO NOT call my office phone.

  • If you lack access to the resources you need to complete your work, please contact me.

• Incomplete Policy
  • I will be very liberal when extending incomplete grades this semester.
  • If any of the following conditions apply I will consider incomplete
    • You become ill.
    • You experience trauma and need extra time to adjust.
    • Other reasonable issues.
  • If you wish to discuss an incomplete, please arrange a meeting.
• Zoom Setup
  • I have not password protected the links to our classrooms.
    • Please do not share these and we should have no problem with "visitors"
    • If this becomes a problem, I will password protect the classrooms and publish the passwords in D2L
  • Please configure your zoom client to include
    • Your name, first and last.
    • Your picture.
  • You are encouraged, but not required to turn on your webcam.
    • If you don't wish to use your webcam, please add a picture to your zoom profile.
  • Please mute your microphone unless you are talking.
  • Please participate in class, don't just lurk.
    • Feel free to ask questions.
    • If you notice that someone has posted a question/comment to the chat and I don't notice, please let me know.
