Polygons
- A closed figure, with three or more sides is called a polygon
- The lines are called sides
- The the points where the edges meet are called verticies or a single one is called a vertex
- A polygon is regular if all the sides are the same length and all the interior angles are the same measure.
- The sum of the measures of the interior angles of a triangle is 180° (show this)

- In general, the measures of the internal angles of a n-sided polygon is (n-2)×180°

- Two figures are similar if they have the same shape but (possibly) different sizes.
- For similar figures, the lengths of the corresponding sides are proportional.
