Memory in TK-Gate

With all memory, make sure that the signals going into the device are stable so the device has a chance to change state. (Propagation delay and why it is important)

- An address line
- A data line
- A Write Enable (not) line, write when this is low
- A Chip Select (not) line, chip is active when this is low
- An Output Enable (not) line, retrieve the value from memory when this is low.
Memory appears to be word addressable.
Word size appears to be detemined by the width of the D line.
Memory size appears to be determined by the size of the A line.
