Source Code for the Class

I will try to do two things with my example code
- Place a link on the web pages.
  - I create this with vi, so it is not windows compatible.
    - You may need to run a conversion utility like unix2dos if you want to use it on windows.
    - I found a great help page here
  - But you should be able to right click and download the files.
  - But I bet you can't compile most of these on windows anyway.
- I also will place a copy on the cslab file system.
  - These will be stored in ~dbennett/311 under an appropriate sub directory.
  - You can see what is there by typing ls ~dbennett/311
  - You can copy a file by typing cp ~dbennett/311/args/demo4.C .
    - cp is the copy command.
    - replace args/demo4.C with the name of the file you want.
    - or replace it with * for all of the contents of a directory.
    - Make sure you put the . (dot) at the end.
    - Or replace the dot with a new name for the file.
- If you want a copy of the entire thing
  - cp -r ~dbennett/311 .
  - If you can't get there because of an error
    - The system default is to create directories you don't have access to.
    - Sometimes I forget to give permission.

- If the first part doesn't say drwxr-xr-xI have forgotten to change permission.
- Just send me an email and I'll do it as soon as I can.
- You wan't need the x for files, just directories.
- You are encouraged to copy, read, compile, run and modify these programs.
- You may use them as starting points for your work.
- You should ask for help if you do not understand how to get to these programs.
- I may provide an alternative access method for these programs later.
