Some Notes on Project 1

  • When the dropbox closes, all submissions are turned in.
    • Time management is a skill you must master.
    • And accepting late submissions is not fair to those who plan and turn things in on time.
  • If a submission does not compile no credit, no redo.
    • You should have learned how to eliminate syntax errors early last semester.
  • If a submission compiles with warnings, no credit, no redo.
    • You need to fix these.
  • If a submission does not work on the given (default) case exactly, no credit, no redo.
    • This is inexcusable. Especially sloppy formatting errors.
    • It shows you care enough to do the very least.
  • If the submission is not submitted in the correct format, it will not be graded. No exceptions
    • This includes not as a tar file.
    • The tar file contains no source code.
    • The tar file contains the wrong source code.
