When you finish this homework, you should:

Have reviewed and strengthened your design skills.

Formal Description

Develop a design for Homework 4. This design should consist of the following elements:

A high level description of the problem to solve.
A structure chart (see section 4.7 in the book).
An algorithm (or set of algorithms).
- I expect these to be in pseudo-code and employ common control structures.
A list of data structures you will use in this program.
- I expect a reasonably accurate description of the data structures to be employed, not just the type of data structure.
A list of questions pertaining to the project specification.

A full design will include all of the portions listed above.

Remember, you documents must be produced in a professional manner. This includes employing a word processor and a drawing package to produce these documents.

You should print your document and turn it in at the beginning of class on the due date.
