Formal Description

Develop a design for Homework 5. This design should consist of the following elements:

A high level description of the problem to solve.
A structure chart (see 4.7 in the book).
An algorithm (or set of algorithms).
- I expect these to be in pseudo-code and employ common control structures.
A list of questions pertaining to the project specification.
A description of all major data structures to be employed in your implementation.

A full design will include all of the portions listed above.
