The Switch Statement

•      switch (variable) {
          case choice : Statements
  	              break;
          case choice : Statemetns
  	              break
          .
  	.
  	.
  	default : statements
       }
       
   Examine the variable, if it matches one of the choices execute  the
            associated statements, if not, execute the default statement.
       
   The variable must be enumerable (chars and ints, not floats)
       
   break goes to the next level of control 
       
   If you don't put in a break , it will continue to execute statements
       
   
  case 'A':
         Statement1
  case 'B': 
         Statement2
       
       
   If we have an A, it will execute statement1 and then statement2
       
   The  statements following the case must be constants.
  

The Do-while loop

• do {
      statements
  } while (expression)
      

• execute statements, test condition, if true repeat.

Break and Contiune

• break - break out of the current block
• use sparingly
• continue, go to the next iteration of the loop
• use sparingly
