Resetting Your Password

• If you need to reset your password on the cs system, please make sure all communications include the fact that you want to reset your password On the CS system at Edinboro.
• You can go to https://pennwest.samanage.com/
  • You might need to be logged into my.pennwest to get here. Someone please let me know if that is required.
  • Select "Report A Problem"
  • Fill in a new help ticket.
    • Put your cs domain username in the Description field.
    • In the Category field select Account Services
    • In the Subcategory field select CS Domain at Edinboro.
• I suspect you could also email techsupport@pennwest.edu.
  • You must mention that this is a a reset for a CS Domain Password at Edinboro.
  • You must provide your cs domain username.
