Resume

A resume is a document which you will need when you apply for most jobs. It consists of one or two pages which list your education, work experience, service work, knowledge or whatever else you think is relevant. A resume may follow a standard form or be highly creative, depending on the applicant, job applied for and other consideration.

For this project, you need to create a resume which you will use to apply for jobs once you have "finished" college. (This is a portion of your final project). As a first step you should find two or three jobs for which you wish to apply. After you have found these jobs, construct your resume.

Ideally the resume should contain the following information:

Name and contact information
A single objective statement describing the job you wish to acquire
A summary of education
A summary of work experience

Other information might include:

Reference contact information
A summary of specialize knowledge
Relevant personal information
Summary of volunteer work/experience

You should look around the Internet or other resources and decide on a style. Once you have selected a style, construct your resume, assuming you have accomplished your current academic goals.

You may use any style, but you should include the following elements

A font other than the default
Text highlighting
Modified headers
Justified text
A graphical object
A bulited or numbered list
A boarder applied to a segment of text
