Spring 2009, CBE Information

• A competency test out for the CSCI104 class is available for those that already have the skills that this class is providing. The student must not have taken the CSCI104 class or this test before. Having passed this test, the paying student will receive the 3 credits and not have to take the class.
• The test this spring term 2009 is scheduled for Friday, Jan 16 and Tues Jan 20. by arrangement with Professor John Onderko . Contact him via e-mail at (jonderko@edinboro.edu)
• An overview of the process is as follows:
  1. Obtain Competency test form and CSCI104 Competency test information sheet from the Math / CS office in 200 Doucette. Forms also available from your advisor or from Hamilton Hall lobby
  2. Complete the form. Including three signatures: advisor, Dept chair of Math /CS, Bursar (after having paid the fee...~ $75)
  3. Present the completed form to the instructor at the time of the competency exam.
  4. Drop / add classes by date specified by the University. (Consider adding nowit is easier to drop later)
