• We will not be doing all sections of this chapter as they are the same as the chapters in word.
• 2.1 - tools
• 2.2 - using the internet , we will not do this section
• 2.3 - puting a presentation on the internet - we will not do this section either.
• 2.4 - fine tuning a presentation, we will do this one.
• Describe and use the Meeting Minder, Slide Navigator and Pen tools.
• Add headers and footers to slides.
• Explain the role of, and modify a master slide in formatting a presentation.

2.1 - Presentation Tools.

• Power Point has a number of tools to help with the presentation.
• Hide a slide, use it if you go short or need the material.
• The Meeting Minder lets you keep track of questions, comments ... that occur durring the presentation.
• You can insert tables, headers and footers to your slides.
