Please create the section groups, groups, pages and subpages as described below. You may add to, or change the text on the pages, but please keep the organization that I have created.

Create (or recreate) the birthday notebook from the notes.
This notebook should contain
- An Activities section group, which contains
  - Indoor Games, Outdoor Games, Other groups
- An Eats section group, which contains
  - Food and Drink groups.
- A Guest group at the top level, which should contain
  - A Guest List page, which contains
    - Three different notes
      - A guest list for two different people
      - A to do list, with items tagged as To Do
    - Two Subpages
      - RSVP, which is empty
      - Invitations, which contains
        
        Four Notes
        
        A Master list of guests
        Two notes with names and addresses, names tagged as addresses
        One note with a name and a tagged text line stating "Get address".
