Grades
Grades will be assigned as follows:

| 90 - 100 | A |
I reserve the right to lower the ranges in this table if I feel that it is
appropriate. I will not raise the standards of performance.
Your grade will consist of the following components:

| Other Assignments: | 15 points |
| Portfolio Project : | 30 points |
| Total: | 50 points |
| Concepts Test : | 10 points |
| Word Test: | 12 points |
| Excel Test: | 12 points |
| Final Exam: | 16 points |
| Total: | 50 points |
Tests:
- Information on the tests will be announced in class a week or so before the test. These tests will contain both written and practical portions.
You should expect a test on the 4th, 8th and 12th week. This may change based on the speed at which we cover the material.
- The final exam will be the week of December 8, and
will be comprehensive. (Everything we have talked about).
It will include a written and practical portion.
You may earn up to 20 points on this test.
- The 8:00 am class final will be Dec 8 from 8:00 - 10:00
- The 1:00 pm class final will be Dec 10 from 12:30 to 2:30
- The 5:00 pm class final will be Dec 9 from 5:00 - 7:00
