Projects

When grading Projects I will record a percentage score based on correctness and completeness. In the end I will divide your score by the total number of exercises available and multiply by 30. This will give you between 0 and 30 points for this section.

Please make sure that you follow all instructions, but instructions given here preempt instructions in the exercises.

Please make sure that proper identification information is included on all submissions. This includes your name and identification of what it is you are turning in. I will not give credit for incorrectly identified work.

In general I want you to email most documents to me as an attachment. Only rarely will I ask you to print the document as the exercise requests. My email address is dbennett@edinboro.edu.

Please do not send mail to bennett@edinboro.edu, this is not me and I cannot grade homework submitted to this address.

When sending mail, make sure that you are sending mail from an account where you can receive mail. I will reply to your email with your score.

• Word (4 deliverables)
  • Chapter 2 (Assigned week 3, due week 4)
    Please copy the text of The Two Frogs from this site and perform the following formatting
    • make the title Bold, 30 point, and some "Cool" font (like script).
    • Place "Collected by Andrew Lang", under the title, right justified, 16 point font.
    • Place "Typeset by" and your name under this, left justified.
    • Make the O in "Once upon a time" in 44 point font. Make it script too.
    • Use a Hanging indent for all paragraphs.
    • Place the text of the story in two columns.
    • Make all of the text in the story Justified.
    • Find all references to Kyoto and replace them with Edinboro
    • Find all references go Osaka and replace them with Albion
    • Perform any other modifications you wish to this document.
    When you are finished email the document to me.

    Please create a one page resume using the Resume Wizard. This may either be for yourself, or for a historic figure. Make this document complete and professional. When you are finished please email the document to me.

    Please do Tips for Windows XP, page 207. Include a table of contents, page numbers, and other formatting details. email the finished document to me.
