Data management

We can use excel to manage lists of data. This is normally done with a database program, but simple work can be done in excel.

Objectives

Create a list within excel
Add, edit and delete records from an existing list
Import a list from another application.
Describe the functions, Today, DMAX, DMIN, Dcount, Daverage, Dsum
Use sort to sort a list in ascending or descending order

Please do hands on exercises 5.1 and 5.2 pages 201 - 223. Print only step 10 in page 223. Make sure that your name, and homework 19 is somewhere on this printout.
