Putty
Using WinSCP to Edit Files on Windows and Compile on Linux
- This pattern allows a remote user to employ WinSCP and a graphical editor on a windows machine and PuTTY on a remote machine to produce code.
- Pros: Minimal local (window) software installation, graphical editing.
- Cons: Network connection required, no other graphical tools.
