Short Term List

  1. Set up new virtual server
    1. This might be partially accomplished.
    2. Probably CentOS 8
    3. Migrate servers from CSLAB111 to this machine.
  2. Set up new version of CSLas101 running CentOS 8
    1. Integrated into the domain
  3. Set up git server to be exposed to the outside world
    1. virtual machine, centos 8
    2. gitlab or gitea
  4. Department Name services
    1. Ensure that ns1.cs.edinboro.edu and ns2.cs.edinboro.edu are properly configured.
    2. Make sure that all edinboro.edu name servers point to ns1.cs.edinboro.edu and ns2.cs.edinboro.edu
    3. Make sure that all *.cs.edinboro.edu machines point to ns1.cs.edinboro.edu and ns2.cs.edinboro.edu
  5. Fix whatever it is making noise in the rack.
  6. Reset circuit to UPS
    1. Move Rack back to UPS circuit
  7. Get the new webworks server working
  8. Set up virtual machines for CSCI 280
    1. See Molnar's email
    2. Need either instructions for a vpn/tunnel or other method for accessing machine.
    3. Jason can provide guidance on this.
    4. Perhaps the new virtualization software from the university can help with this.
  9. Windows machine image for Tim's AI class
    1. Incorporated into university Virtual Access system
  10. CSCI 323 up and integrated.
    1. Mysql
    2. PHP
    3. Apache Server
  11. R-Studio server available from off campus. (Longer term, not immediately needed)
  12. Get the SAN/NAS working for CSCI 440 at least.
