====== Systems Priority List ====== Probably a temporary document but as of Summer 2020 ===== Short Term List ===== - Set up new virtual server - This might be partially accomplished. - Probably CentOS 8 - Migrate servers from CSLAB111 to this machine. - Set up new version of CSLas101 running CentOS 8 - Integrated into the domain - Set up git server to be exposed to the outside world - virtual machine, centos 8 - gitlab or gitea - Department Name services - Ensure that ns1.cs.edinboro.edu and ns2.cs.edinboro.edu are properly configured. - Make sure that all edinboro.edu name servers point to ns1.cs.edinboro.edu and ns2.cs.edinboro.edu - Make sure that all *.cs.edinboro.edu machines point to ns1.cs.edinboro.edu and ns2.cs.edinboro.edu - Fix whatever it is making noise in the rack. - Reset circuit to UPS - Move Rack back to UPS circuit - Get the new webworks server working - Set up virtual machines for CSCI 280 - See Molnar's email - Need either instructions for a vpn/tunnel or other method for accessing machine. - Jason can provide guidance on this. - Perhaps the new virtualization software from the university can help with this. - Windows machine image for Tim's AI class - Incorporated into university Virtual Access system - CSCI 323 up and integrated. - Mysql - PHP - Apache Server - R-Studio server available from off campus. (Longer term, not immediately needed) - Get the SAN/NAS working for CSCI 440 at least.
